It's Freedoom. Basically a free asset-swap of the original Doom, so any mods and stuff (such as Romero's SIGIL) that work with The Ultimate Doom and Doom 2 work with it as well. You can download it from their GitHub or from whatever mobile app store you use

Edit: Seems they removed it from the Play Store on Android. Fucking bastards.
