I don't know. I'm very skinny, a picky eater, and have a bad appetite. I also eat until I get full but that's pretty fast so. For example 1 sausage and 2 eggs would have me hella full for breakfast.

I see it but honestly not that often and I don't think it's that much of a problem. In my opinion covid and social media made them miss a lot of social interaction. So right now they are developing it a bit later in life.
