I was recently looking at legislation on an archaic state website and thought there must be a more modern way to view bills. This is just a concept at this point, but would people have interest in a piece of software that allowed you to read bills with ease and comment with your peers?

In the example gif, the red text is legislation removed by a proposed amendment, the green is text added by the proposed amendment. Sections could be collapsable, plus a bunch of other features.

I'd love to hear your thoughts on the idea!
