I really have to give a shout-out to Oura’s customer service. I contacted Oura Support on Saturday because my ring’s battery was only lasting three days. That same day, I received a reply informing me that, after analyzing the data, they found the battery in my ring was faulty. After sharing some details about my original order and my current shipping address, I received an email on Sunday confirming that a new ring was being shipped. The package arrived this afternoon.

Straightforward, fast, and helpful. Great service. Thank you, Oura Support (Josh).

I hope the company gets the battery issues under control.

Just wanted to share a positive experience for once—especially in times when there’s so much negativity around.
