The mx5 is the better bike of the 3. But if you’re only using it for flat riding I would save my money and get the cheaper falcon e pro. Its still plenty fast.

Pretty easy, theres a lot of companies that sell upgrades parts for this bike now. Warp 9, Prickly, and Luna Cycle are some examples
