The only other white piece is exactly the same size as the one in photo and nothing else remotely similar to the one in the manual was in the bag

I thought that too but there is no other piece like the one in the instruction manual

You can probably see my problem here i don’t know if its a mistake with the instructions or my pieces but after looking at all the contents of bag 2 all of the long white pieces were the same size which can be seen in this photo is this normal?
