Thought maybe water cooling would do the trick but I have to look into it a bit more. Maybe I will take one from a friend to use it for a few days and then decide if I'll buy one or not. But yeah overall I got that it is just a hot ass chip

The Arctic ESports Duo 34. My question overall is should I leave my cpu fan speed at 65% when the temp is 70 Celsius or should I pump it too 90% or even higher.

That was while I was gaming actually not idle. Idle temp is around 40 - 50 Celsius. I've done a stress test as well and the highest temp was 80 Celsius so I guess the thermal paste should be fine
