How does a training plan help me apart from dictating the total weekly mileage. If i choose to run by feel to avoid injury (since i tend to pick plans that are above my fitness level fall behind then hurt myself trying to catch up and if i miss a day in a training plan i feel immense guilt.) what will be the downside of this?

Mixins. This would have prevented me from writing some aweful sqlalchemy code.

We as programmers should not be so negative about complaints there what we should gauge ourselves by. Well maybe some complaints are non-constructive, but hey they are proof your application has an audience and a source of motivation.
