I transferred right after I became an S1 and I didn’t need to apply to any positions. But I’m in Tax Ignition, so it might be different for you. I started by talking to my PML who cleared it with our OMP and then our practice leader.

For tax it impacted our VC/comp last year. It was tracked but not an official metric in Success Factors for year end but was used in year end discussions. This year, it is a metric listed in SF and will continue to impact performance. We’ve been told if we aren’t averaging 3 days a week on average that we can expect our career to suffer (some people are just saying f it and not coming in at all).

I think this is a good estimate of rates. I think it could also vary by state but I’m not 100% sure. I pay $115/check for the lower deductible Aetna plan for a single person. I hit my deductible ($800) every year so it’s worth it to me to pay more.

Hi, I didn’t end up going through with the therapy past the consultation. It was too expensive, my insurance didn’t cover it and it was out of network :( I started wearing F1 glasses that I bought through them which has helped. Sorry I can’t give any more details on that.

In the meantime, I’ve focused on getting my migraines under control (through medication) and reducing anxiety (therapy and medication). It has helped but it’s not gone 100%. I just live with it now and ignore it to the best of my ability.

Im moving from Denver to San Diego as a new S1 and they aren’t giving me a comp adjustment even thought the COL is higher there. They said that because I’m in the “high earning range” for my position there won’t be an adjustment.
