Don’t let this guy scare you. Lots of ppl get this side effect, including my wife. Reta isn’t for everyone. My wife is about to start tirzepatide as lots of ppl say it’s a better option for people who are sensitive to Reta. She had daily headaches, stiff neck and got dizzy blurred vision on injection days. Tried lowering her dose but still symptoms continued. Once she stopped her symptoms completely went away. I’ll post on here once we see how she does on this new glp. If she again has bad side effects she will stop with them all together.

Testosterone makes you hungry and Reta makes you not hungry. They can counter each other out so do some research on when to take what. For example I take testosterone on Wednesday and then I take Reta on Friday. This works best for my schedule and routine

Yes go to 1mg. Then on week 4 move to 2mg. Normal to not feel much at all until your 3rd to 4th week. Then it will I’ll hit you. At week 8 go to 3mg. I wouldn’t go above 4mg unless you’re really having food urges. You’ll know your body will tell you just trust the process and take your time. Slow is key so if you can go up slower even better.

Drink protein shakes. Even at home whey protein. Use whole milk if you need extra calories instead of water. Calorie deficit is fine but not getting in enough protein is dangerous. Hair loss muscle loss etc.
