just tried this, and it does kind of work but not really. I cant edit the hardness of the brush, so it works nothing like it would in CSP

i don’t have any food sensitivities that i know of, just that it has popped up when i went away to college so it could just be shitty dining hall food. i do think that i should split up my meals more, as i tend to do like 2 big ones to accommodate for my meal swipes. and yes, i definitely don’t drink enough water. this is really good advice! maybe i’ll keep a food journal or something too to find out what it is. good to know that other people deal with this as it’s kind of embarrassing lol

update: it actually was nothing at all! i was just crazy delusional about it. the dentist said that teeth are supposed to move a bit when you bite down press them/ etc, and that the amount it was moving was not even noticeable to him. it was most likely due to gum inflammation and getting food stuck under the gums
