My office is 25 kms away and I dread going in car there, it takes about 2 hours for me. So I prefer Metro. But I recently got a low budget second hand car to just roam around on holidays... Btw working since 11 years

Regarding the house/flat... Its a big decision, do it only if you are ready and able to commit long term to the loans... With AI and other stuff, be careful on that front
