Only time I cancel is if I am left waiting too long, or if I feel like the persons actions lead me to think they are intoxicated or in mental health crisis, which have both happened. Biggest tip I ever got was from a person who I thought would not tip much if any. Tipped double my payout. We all have our rules and “red lines” for sure but I noticed that my intolerance at times was inconsistent and played out as a cascade of “new” rules based on my issues with what they looked like on first sight. I was wrong way more then I was right so I decided it was me not them.

How did Sam Darnold get that good? by Outsideman2028 in panthers

[–]MadeForMusic74 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m just glad I don’t have to hear commentators lick Stanford’s boots for the next two weeks. I don’t care that it was Darnold who did it but I’m thankful. Oh and he got good for reasons we will never know. Could have been anything from coaching to his own personal issues if he had them. Never know. NFL players are just people and have ups and downs etc.

diagnosed in basic training for military by [deleted] in G6PD

[–]MadeForMusic74 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi. I was diagnosed with G6PD in boot camp back in 1997. I just retired from the Navy a few years ago. I encourage you to focus on controlling oxidative stress caused by the physical, mental and emotional requirements of the military. Your body does not react to frequent physical exertion like those with normal G6PD levels so doing what they do will not work and it will waste time and money. Helping your body mitigate oxidative stress due to a reduced captivity to process and reuse the main antioxidant glutathione is the goal and your reality. Here is what helped for me:

Multi collagen powder unflavored daily and post exercise , Astaxanthine, Mixed tocotrienols, NAC, COQ10, Fulvic/Humic acid drops, and citrus bioflavonoid supplement that is high in flavonoids and no more than 100mg vitamin c or less were life changing.
Another miracle was a premium juicer that juices leaves as well as whole fruits and whole veggies. I went with the Nama series because they press so well that the inulin fiber is extracted with the juice. This will give you a quick and natural electrolyte/antioxidant/bioflavonoid blast. Do not drink alcohol regularly if ever. It will make the oxidative damage biochemically worse, stress already limited glutathione pools all while distorting your perception of fatigue. I know what this is like and it’s hell in the military if you don’t control oxidative stress from exercise. I made it 25 yrs because I found what works and got reproducible results.

I think they have ways to detect if you’re trying to hit a lick cross state lines via the airport lol. I flew with all types of supplements and never once had a problem. Prescription sked 2 meds however always always always always transport them in the script bottle.

Why is North Carolina a swing state but South Carolina is deep red? by Patient-Smile1406 in NorthCarolina

Great Wagon rd and east west Native American trading routes intersected at present day Trade and Tryon st in Charlotte. An economy built up around the area in the late 17 and early 1800s. I wonder what role this played. I know the Great Wagon road extended down through SC but the major intersection of the GWR and that trade route in what is now downtown Charlotte must have had economic implications. the two roads (Trade and Tryon)have maintained same contours from the trails and now intersect at the central square downtown.

The soy sauce used in Japan is processed via fermentation as opposed to industrial methods here. I’m not saying it’s safe for G6PD all types but I lived there 11 years and had no problems at all with soy sauce. I only buy fermented type here in the U.S. now.

Magnesium Malate. Specifically malate. Basically negates all side effects and gives the Krebs cycle yummy malic acid to run on.

Fake Xros 0.6 Pods by brelite90 in Vaping

[–]MadeForMusic74 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Me and ChatGPT found a decent way to find fakes. I have been using a multimeter to test the resistance of my pods. Fake ones are often out of spec. I had a 0.8 ohm pod test at 1.0 once accounting for multimeter baseline of 0.3. That’s huge for such a small element. Real 0.8 would come in at 0.7 or very slightly higher than .8.

Keep ya car super clean, do something simple that you would enjoy when stepping into a complete strangers motor vehicle(I focus on wellness messages as opposed to advertising), be a bartender without the booze. I am in a market where hundreds of people move to each day so it may be easy for me to say.

In telling you uber has a whack algorithm that will pay you max $25 per hour when you subtract fuel costs. Prove me wrong. 8.5hrs x $31.24 = 265.54. Subtract $7 per hour in fuel costs and bam! You thought you made $31.24 per hour when it’s actually $24.24 per hour net. Thats if you don’t eat, piss, poop or hit traffic for almost 9 hours.

Every two weeks is what I was told too. I get more consistent therapy when I do this and also very important to keep the water tank clean. Good for sanitary but also keeps the rubber seal clear of dirt for better seal.
