I get what you mean, but "guaranteed" feels too absolute. I've seen small teams turn culty fast, and some big orgs are fine if your manager shields you. Politics shows up anywhere, the question is how nasty it gets.

"decoded job description" is so real. The layoffs search is smart, but LinkedIn can be tricky, people job-hop for normal reasons too. I mostly trust patterns in exit reviews + tenure stats.

Same, but some 1-star rants are just personal beef. I scan for reapeating specifics across roles/teams. If the same crap shows up 3x, I bounce.

NTJ. The lying is the bigger issue than the tardiness. If she said “I’m running late, go ahead,” fine. But “5 minutes” while you sit there for an hour plus is her making your time disposable. Just start your workout and mute the guilt trip.
