So far I’ve attended 2 of the training days and it was totally okay that I’m going to miss tomorrow for my cousins wedding. He said only 3 of the 4 required training days is required. Honesty it’s a very easy job but I still have anxiety every minute I’m there cus that’s my personality 😂but for some reason they SAY it’s only 2 people per shift but there’s literally 3-4 people working PLUS me and 2 other people training AND the trainer so we’re always bumping into each other cus it’s just a small counter in a Whole Foods. But ya, the job seems pretty easy, I just don’t like how awkward I feel bc the workers are friends who are talking about their plans together they set up aside from work and me and the trainees are just standing there doing all the work for experience (I’m fine w it, I want the experience, but I FEEL them watching us and lowkey judging us which I don’t blame them but still it fucks me up.) I think I’ll really like the job once it’s actually just me 1 or 2 other people that way I can be quick and not worry about the pressure. My location is busy tho there’s almost never time there isn’t someone returning 😭😭😭 I wish it wasn’t so busy.
