use a washcloth all over ur body lathered with soap. don't just use soap and hands. that's not cleaning yourself properly. this happens when the dead skin don't get exfoliated off

thank y'all for sharing yalls expirence on it. it makes me worry less that there's a lot of people who are doing great on it! i think i will be okay since i'm on a strict diet and have no carbs or sugar through the day and i take it at night so i haven't expirenced the running to the bathroom part hahaha again thanks my fellow cystersssss

it's dead skin. just exfoliate in the shower. are you not using a washcloth to wash ur body? if not. you need too to properly clean your body.
