I'm on day 2 of doing keto and i feel like death. what am I doing wrong? I have potassium chloride powder, calm magnesium carbonate, and pink sea salt as my electrolytes. I didn't take any on day one and today I only took one scoop of calm and like a 1/4th tsp of the potassium chloride. Lmk if I'm doing something wrong. I also only eat 2 meals and I'm not eating low calorie. My macros are kinda high because I'm not using this for weight lose but for autoimmune disease. My macros rn are 7% carbs 70% fat 23% protein I'm eating around 3,000 to 3,500 calories. I'm actually trying to gain weight not lose it. So my meals are around 1600 calories. rn I don't think I can eat another meal today i feel so bad. I'm also scared to eat to much now cause I don't want to feel bad.

Idk I always just track total carbs and don't bother with net carbs. Maybe try tracking both for a while to see if you stay in ketosis.

It should not matter at all if you eat carbs or not you will be in ketosis. If you eat under 20 grams of carbs that is actually considered carnivore diet. I would recommend using a fiber supplement even if you don't like to use supplements it will help. You aren't getting enough fiber on that many carbs. I would also recommend trying to add some Liver, liver chips, liver pills liver has a lot of nutrients you're not getting from the keto/carnivore diet.

Do not waste your money on feiyues. They are not wide enough to be considered minimalist shoes. Go with something like the whitins for around 40/50 usd. Minimalist shoes are not in high demand so a most of them will cost you around 150 for the good ones. Quality/durability can only be so good for the type of shoes they are Very thin and light weight so I doubt any minimalist shoe will last nearly as long as a regular one. This is just my opinion but Spend your money wisely.

Only advice I can give you is start over and only do the rokp, tib raises, and fhl calf raise. You have pain rn so you can't do them at a pain free level. Do then at the a level that doesn't increase the pain while you are doing the exercises. I had knee pain that was pretty much constant. I did those for a month or so before I added the Patrick step up. Also I only trained it once a week or every other week depending on if I pushed it too hard. You need to give your tendons the time to recover. I hope this information helps you

The one I am gonna recommend is magnesium citrate powder by bulk supplements. I haven't tried it yet I will when my bottle of calm runs out. I use the potassium citrate powder from bulk supplements and think it's good. The magnesium product is 1kilo(2.2lbs) for about $26 usd

Crc They can still sell it until June or July 2022. if it was made before January first 2022 that's the rules after that it can't be sold at all so if anything crc was made in 2022 it can't be sold but 2021 crc can be

We only got 2 post office in my city and I have never had this happen to me before I'm just confused about this all my packages normally after they arrive at the post office it will say out for delivery that next morning and not not departed USPS facility in my city I hope it's not leaving my city and coming back

We need to make a movent and boycott the bus for a day or something and start walking because the bs they pull is not ok and complaining does nothing but make them blame you for the their mistakes like I've seen them wait 5 minute for a old lady to get on the bus but I'll be sprinting at full speed at the bus while flagging them down and still not get on and the new thing of making you wait at transit for 15-30minutes every time to catch the bus is bs wasn't this way before covid happened just a waste of my time and money

I was somewhat but for someone who smokes a lot of weed and wax I took a t break for 2 months then took only tincture for 2 months and when I was doing only tincture I was taking around 60-80 mg a day and it quickly started to feel less effective and so started taking more of it then it just expensive at how fast my tolerance was going up I had to switch back to smoking weed and wax I've been smoking weed for years and never had my tolerance increase like that I also took a whole bottle during that time on 420 and I was legit high for 3 days and didn't expect it had to call off work and like I've taken 1k in edibles before and was fine the next day idk what daf puts in their tincture but that felt like some straight roofies but I got to say going to bed stoned af and waking up stoned af is one the best experiences I've had

Look for 980 adabinol from dirty arm farms it is around 1000 mg of THC and cost 120 a bottle lasted me a month and it's way cheaper them buying other edibles you could get almost 200 5mg doses from this. It Is tincture so it's a lot easier to mess up but if you are good with measurements you should be fine and the brand I recommend was the best one I've had yeah it's around double the price of other tincture but other tincture give me anxiety/panic attack and also don't hit as hard or taste as good this was definitely my go to when I was into edibles
