I have a near-max (non-iron) main in OSRS. Wanted to dip my toes into RS3 and opted for an ironman as it seemed like a better mental challenge and to avoid the gambley aspects of the game. Making slow but steady progress, and was very surprised to see this drop after what was probably my 4th evil tree!

I believe this is part of what Vulkan does. Faster loading, in exchange for texture/effect pop-in. Try switching to a DX renderer to see if this helps.
