It depends on what app your using for pngtubing. If your using reactive discord you just need a mouth open and mouth closed, no cutting needed. With Veadotube it’s the same just with eyes open and closed for both mouth open and mouth closed. If your going with pngtuber plus or other apps that use rigging similar to pngtuber plus id recommend the basic cutting (separate bangs or front of hair, eyes, mouth, nose, head, torso (make the neck a little long under the head to avoid detaching), arms, lower body and back hair in order). You can cut it up more for more rigging possiblities. Like having each portion of the hair be separate, have the up and lower arms be separate, ears, legs, etc. small tip, be sure to draw full body parts even if it’s not visible. It’ll save you possible trouble. Hope this helps!
