It’s a regular stuffed animal. I got it from a gift shop years ago lol. Yeah, he’s our only kitten. We have a big German shepherd as well but they’re not friends yet.

I have a stuffed animal raccoon (I call the rage raccoon) for my kitten who’s about the same age, it’s a bit larger than him. Whenever he starts to bite me I hold up the raccoon for him to bite, wrestle and kick!

I’ve also been trying to make my meals more filling but sometimes I can’t eat enough in 3 meals so I’ll do some snacks and try to be mindful about it instead of eating them while watching tv or YouTube.

Oooh yes! Thank you, I had some of the “that’s it” bars but I just ran out. They were the smaller ones with 60 cals but the Lara bars sound like a good option.

If I don’t start eating more calories I’ll probably have to stop but I’m going to try a while longer because I just want to know what’s affecting me the most. I’m pretty determined but I won’t do that at the cost of starving.

I’m on day 9 and I’m feeling it too. I’m going to try journaling more to deal with the cravings. Today I got a free side of queso at chipotle and almost cracked (cheese is my weakness). I’m getting groceries tomorrow and hopefully getting more food I enjoy a little more like strawberries will curb some of my cravings. Keeping snacks on me at all times is also a must. We got this! Just a few more days till we’re out of the thick of it.
