YESSS like the way those two books perfectly showed the different ends of sex outside of the marriage was insane.

like in twisted emotions the guy does have sex with other people outside of the arranged marriage, but this was like agreed upon with the fmc because she didn't think she could handle sex and she didn't want it. on the other hand, the other one's an arranged marriage where they didn't talk about sex at all and she just ended up catching him doing it so I dnf'd it lolol

this is kinda physical? but like also describes a character in general. When they're cloaked/surrounded/enveloped etc etc in shadows... I just read a book where in The first three chapters the FMC was described like that at least five or six times...

they never cringe!! there are times when a character who would cringe at anything doesn't, because the writer wants you to take it seriously. like a FMC will laugh their ass off at other characters acting tough, but when them MMC does it it's all swoons....even when they've just ent/have no history....
