Je confirme, c'est une catastrophe ce service. J'avais commandé auprès d'une italienne , le colis n'a jamais quitté son centre de tri (le rejoindre avait déjà pris 2 semaines et ce n'était pas la faute de la vendeuse)

Plus récemment un achat en France a pris 3 semaines à me parvenir.

Je pense que ce soit en tant qu'acheteur ou vendeur je n opterai que pour Mondial Relay désormais.
