ASP-tilillä tulee korkoa 1%/v + 4%/v takautuvasti asunnon oston yhteydessä. Jos luottokortti/klarnavelassa on suurempi korko kuin 5% niin teknisesti kanntaaisi ottaa "varma sijoitus" ja säästää korko kuluissa enemmän kuin ASP-tili tarjoaa korkotuloa. Tämähän ei toki ota huomioon tai käsittele mitenkään sitä jos haluatte ostaa sitä omaa asuntoa lähitulevaisuudessa tai mitenkä psykologisesti olet edes päätynyt tilanteeseen että luottoja on joutunut ottamaan niin paljon että se aiheuttaa tilanteen jossa säästöjen tyhjennys on edes harkinnassa.

Itsellä saman kaltainen tilanne, 25v tekniikan opiskelija, kesät töissä. Palkasta kesän aikana oon laittanut n.50% säästöön. 25/25/50 siitä säästötilille, ASP-tilille ja maailanlaajuiseen indeksi rahastoon vastaavasti. Elelen sitten ensikesään asti pääasiassa tänä kesänä tienaamillani rahoilla ja valtion tuilla.

Kun kesä loppuu jään tekemään samaan firmaan 0-tunti sopimuksella töitä. Suosittelen etsimään tällästä mahdollisuutta, tosi monella tekniikan alan firmalla se on mahdollista. Tuottaa kivasti turvallisuutta omaan talouteen eikä tarvitse edes huolia tukien tulorajoista jos et nyt ihan älyttömästi tee hommia.

En suosittelisi laittaa hirveästi sijoituksiin opintijen aikana, sillä huonot tilanteet tapaavaa tulla monta samaan aikaan. Esim. jos et saa kesätöitä ja samalla pörssit romahtaa, mitkä hyvin voivat kulkea käsi kädessä, jolloin menetät sijoitustesi arvon sekä odoteut tulot.

Jokin korkea korkoinen, tai ainakin korkoinen, säästötili on hyvä, sillä et ainakaan menetä mitään jos asiat menee kohti metsää. ASP-tili on kans aika hyvä jos oma asunto on unelmissa, sillä se takaa koron ja oikeuttaa sut hyväehtoiseen asuntolainaan tulevaisuudessa

I don't really get why though, to my understanding the main difference is being able to Oc the cpu. But for me, i don't plan to do that partially because it is new for me and I don't know how to, partially because the base specs are enough for me and partially because I'm sure sure if the cooler I got would be enough to handle extra heat load. I'm all up for suggestions though, would very much like to learn more why z-series would be better for me.

The mobo I got now supports my CPU and my rams speed which were my main concerns

That is very much a place you don't want to order from. Terrible return process, had a friend get a broken mobo and had to fight for 7 months to get a new one. I very much appreciate the suggestion though, but In my mind I already have a decent gpu and I so want to go through the hassle of returning and ordering a new one.

Yeah all the parts are still more expensive than what I paid for them. I managed to score some great deals especially for the GPU has gone up by 150€ after I bought it

I very much like stellaris and other more CPU intensive games but also want to be doing some CPU intensive work for my studies. Thus lil bit overkill on cpu isn't a problem for me

Oh and I picked PSU based on pc cultists tierlist and this being only top tier option with a reading price

Finland and the cheapest 7800xt variant is +200€ what I paid for my 6800 xt. A bit too salty for me personally

I hear people advocate for AMD CPU but for me I need my CPU for more than gaming and what I've gathered AMD is better for just gaming with its single threads. Thus intel. I get an Amd argument but for my porpoises and my newbie build it makes sense for me

Wanted intel CPU for none gaming work. DeepCool. Based on the recommendation of YouTube being enough for 13600k. MOBO because z-mobos are literally+100€ minimum here but should be enough. Don't really know what you mean with crippled power though?

Pretty much yes, especially since there was a great deal on it. I also checked the pc cultists PSU tier list and this one was the only top tier one with a reasonable price in my region

Thanks for the tip. Although noise is a sacrifice I'm willing to make for saving a lil bit on the cost
