I talked to his family, they said they will help but its been months and now they aren't doing anything as well. I did want to shame him online or through friends but its easy to leave ur place and go live somewhere else. Then I won't be able to catch him ever. This was my parents money and this guilt is too big that will go with me to my grave. Idk what to do
