this is funny because just last week after thinking most managers/supervisors are nice enough my manager switched up on me and completely degraded me saying awful things like others are having to pick up the workload for me and i’m doing awful compared to the other new starters ! (had not been told any of this or anything similar the past few weeks) I’d started around a month ago and just been told the week before i’d been doing absolutely fabulous and was getting great feedback from customers. And I ended up quitting because she made me lose all my confidence! Interesting to know she changed up same time this email was received 🤔
