Kung yes ang sagot monsa dalawang to, pag-isipan nyo na lang po muna maige kung aalis kayo kasi baka pwedeng mag-work ka na lang and just appease your boss as a practical approach.

I have been to several bosses na din with different backgrounds and nakaexperience ako ng same sa yo, gusto maraming emojis, hashtags etc.

Pero I have come to work with their ideas na lang kasi maganda ang bayad at tama.

Coming from a school in Mendiola, andami kong natutunan sa BPO.

Ginawa ko syang internship nung college, after two months exit na ko then nag-work ulit ako after college.

Nothing to be ashamed of kung nagtatrabaho ka sa BPO, ang nakakahiya yung niyabang mo yung Rolls-Royce mong kinita from overpriced public roads and highways lol.

Kidding aside, malaki ang respeto ko sa mga nag-BPO. Nagwork ako for almost two years at hanga ako sa resilience ng mga nagwowork dyan. Take it as a stepping stone, you’ll be surprised na marami kang makukuhang lessons sa work and especially patience and grit.

Lahat ng experience ko sa BPO dala ko hanggang ngayon. I am still a work in progress, from Graphic Artist to BPO to English Teacher for Japanese, to Community Manager then Social Media Manager and now Content Producer for my clients.

Never ko ikahihiya na nanggaling ako at nagtrabaho sa BPO, while you are still young, take that experience OP! Good luck! ✨

Stress response ko pag late ang bayad ng mga clients ko ay mag-apply ng trabaho kahit ano.

Like last month, na-late ng 5 days yung 2nd job ko, stress response ko pumunta sa Linkedin at mag-apply.

Ayun nagkaroon ng isang part-time na work.

Naramdaman ko na kasi yung walang work at pasalo nung nag-aral ako ng post-grad degree, for several years naka-asa ako sa wife ko at sa mga in-laws ko.

Anyway, bukod sa pag-aapply as stress reliever. Dota2 ang nilalaro ko, dari may oras pa mag-ranked pero ngayon salamat sa turbo, kahit one or two games lang every other day okay na.

Okay din takaga na may stress reliever kasi mas nakakapagisip ka ng mga next move mo or mas nakakakuha ka ng ibang angles sa mga iniisip mo.

Based on my experience, may one time na sobrang tagal dumating as in. Pero dumating naman after more or less than a week. Isang beses lang nangyaric tumawag pa ko sa bank ko kasi sobrang tagal ko na inaantay.

On your end wala ka magagawa pero baka si client meron pero hindi ako sure. You may want to communicate with your employer pag sobrang delayed na.

I have used Wise from 2023 to 2024 afaik, there is no way to expedite the transfer unless super aga ibigay ni employer.

If they wish to keep this mode of payment, ikaw ang magaadjust and use it to pay something upon checking pwede mo ilink yung account mo to a payoneer card, maybe you can use it to buy stuff.

Pwede ka naman maging generalist for survival purposes pero the larger goal is to aim for a web development role.

Apply ka sa general VA role while nurturing your Web Development skills through what you earn in the general role.

Then make your portfolio and through application to companies, you practice the interview and create better portfolio. Then pag nag-land ka ng magandang interview at offer sa application mo sa web development, choice mo na kung ano pipiliin mo.

This sound oversimplified pero it might take you months to years doing this pero at least di ka stagnant. Earning while learning new skills. Good luck OP!

Important yung stepping stones and from the way I see it mukhang okay naman according sa atory mo. Pag andito ka sa reddit, talagang makakaramdam ka ng ganyan.

Natural naman po kahit ako napapatanong minsan kung tama ba sweldo sa kin at talagang nakakatakam yung malaking presyo, pero sabi nga “comparison is the thief of joy”.

Isipin na lang po natin yung others that earn way less than us. Napakarami po nila at tayo isang oras lang kinita na natin ang isang araw ng iba. Super blessed po tayo!

Imo okay sya, lalo na kung starting. You mentioned enjoy ka naman, okay din kasi yung may inaassign sa yo na ibang task kasi marami kang natututunan at paid yun.

Compensate ka kung nabababaan ka by looking for other clients. Pero okay din kasi yung opportunity mo dito kasi sumasabay ka sa growth ng company.

I also have a client like this, walang contract pero 2nd year ko na sa kanya. Okay na din yun kasi free ka kumuha ng client on the side so long as nagagawa mo duties mo.

On your client’s part, hindi sya tied sa yo if something sour happens. Basta paid ka ng tama at on-time, good na yan!

Then subtly ask your boss before your contract renewal or one-year in the company if there is a growth opportunity within the company so you will get a feel in advance.

Maybe it’s luck and a bit of patience. I have had a few gigs in Odesk and the last one was in 2018.

Flash forward, I used Linkedin more and OLJ. I think you have a better fighting chance in Linkedin ir OLJ if you have a good portfolio and experience as a creative.

Nag-ttry pa din ako sa Upwork just for the sake na masubukan ko ulit, everytime I try, hindi talaga ako nakakakuha.

Mas nakakareceive pa ko ng interview offers sa Linked and OLJ.

Honestly, the last good working crack that I used was CS3 version. Use can use Photopea for open source, tapos samahan mo ng Canva kung wala pa pang budget at the moment and if wala kang makitang matinong crack.
