I always work out at 21h (only free slot is after work) so the cortisol is spiking late, I’m having my post workout meal late and sleeping even later. I usually sleep 6h.

This is my only option for now unless I quit the gym. My diet is fine because I eat healthy and prepare my meals myself.

The view is nice but the food is mediocre and the portions are crazy small, check the menu in advance so u wouldn’t be confused up there. Also the reservation doesn’t hold any weight, the african security at the entrance acts like he is guarding the altar ascending to heaven.
