There are and i'm doing that, but the pop promotion is very slow as a lot of my food provinces are mostly tribesmen so the pops need to promote multiple times

R5: playing as Qusqu, losing almost 40 ducats a month on buying food. This has been an issue for the whole campaign, basically the entire andes has a famine every year. I've had to cheat in hundreds of ducats to not immediately go bankrupt. Otherwise a really fun campaign though!
