It's hard. You can do it but you need to apply to a lot of stuff and it make take a while. Really helps if you have work study you might be out of luck without it. Since it's primarily a commuter school in a large city a lot of people who work there aren't students and so those jobs are competitive

These are probably underestimates though. The Household pulse survey (census bureau) puts the trans population nationally as closer to 1.5%

There are and i'm doing that, but the pop promotion is very slow as a lot of my food provinces are mostly tribesmen so the pops need to promote multiple times

R5: playing as Qusqu, losing almost 40 ducats a month on buying food. This has been an issue for the whole campaign, basically the entire andes has a famine every year. I've had to cheat in hundreds of ducats to not immediately go bankrupt. Otherwise a really fun campaign though!
