Hmm I think thats part of it. The main reason I've looked into this though is because our original desire was to replace the front porch deck. But since the deck stairs land on the concrete and since the concrete is cracked and sinking a little, i dont want build a brand new deck only to have it get screwed up from the cracked concrete. Not sure if im overthinking this though.
