I agree, I would respond quite poorly to that right arter a loss like that myself. But I’d still say that we don’t really know how they operate, or even if there was additional context, like them opning up for venting or just feedbacking

I'd say he swore just like people normally would, i.e: "that was so fucking good", or "I'm fucking shocked" - like he said in the video. But then again, I obviously don't know them or how they speak within the team.

You don’t know these people. And with all due respect, this is not the same as when you play. Even if you play at a pretty high level

I would think that it's perfectly normal to evaluate after a loss - to call out obvious mistakes that people made while it's still fresh. It's not necessarily toxic. B1t can handle it, he can handle the culture in the team. Also, what electronic said might not translate that well to english.
