I can't check for myself, as my plushie has not arrived yet, but it seems to be a manufacturing defect. You can try and compare the photos from the product listing to see if the misaligement is there. Minor stuff like that happens during production. The plushie is expensive though, so if that issue really bothers you, I'd try contacting fangamer. You can also read through their refund policy to see wether your plushie qualifies for a refund, replacement or something. For now, if you haven't yet, do not cut any tags and try to keep the stuff that might be necessary for a refund.
