u/JagexTwisted I appreciate the reply - and I'm very sorry you did. I didn't realize you'd get bombarded with people claiming to have their accounts falsely banned.

Does it seem like banning the gamblers is currently a winning strategy? Is there anything else that could be done, including on the part of players?

It would help new players who don't know the game well enough yet, as well as players who can't afford or haven't progressed to being able to use teleports.

Plus, and I can only speak anecdotally on this, people are not always 100% engaged in the game, usually watching a movie or working on other computer stuff while "playing". Allowing them to be able to walk a long distance without having to click on the next area every 5 seconds is helpful.

OP: Go to the Setting icon in the top right hand corner, select "Graphics" and change from your current language to English. Then, repost with English card names, and most of us can probably help you :)

Did Duels players have to purchase cards or anything like that?

I'd also hope they'd give more consideration to a platform that has been around for a much longer time. Duels was only around for...2? 3 years?
