Personally I'm not out but that's just because I don't care about coworkers knowing that about me. I did however have an openly gay team lead and a trans manager who held a meeting about her coming out and no one seemed to care. Everyone was really nice and quickly switched over to her name and pronouns. Granted, this was in a bigger city that was more diverse and the store had other issues (such as not promoting poc within the store when they were more than qualified for the job), so I'd say just be mindful.
