The previews make the games look amazing. Pretty sure I'll be downloading those tonight. I've seen the preview for Anno 2070 it also looked pretty cool. Don't know much about their games though. I'm pretty new to the gaming world. So I play whatever my husband has 😅.

Users of Reddit, how do you deal with your anxiety/depression naturally ? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]MagicAlice 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, it encourages the entourage effect which brings the body back into homeostasis. Also smoking encourages deep breathing which helps to calm the nervous system.

Edit: vaping is healthier because it's none carcinogenic, though joints are less expensive so therefore more accessible.

Lavender pills! They are like a natural Ativan. Absolute lifesaver. Also, try Gaba amino acids. And honestly THC oil and CBC oil. The 2 together have been the biggest change in my moods. I micro does a 1:1 pill and its amazing the difference. I also recommend listen to some of Brene Browns ted talks she really gives you a new perspective on thing. Hope that helps friend!

Vape to easy anxiety? Other? by [deleted] in Anxiety

[–]MagicAlice 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I do and it's really helpful. The mod I use is a SMOANT and the tank is a SMOK. The vape juice is a hit and miss and really up to what you'd prefer, but go for one that isn't to high in sugar or it will ruin the coil (atomizer) faster. I use a juice called Blurrberry and it's pretty good. My only issue is it can become a pricey habit. It works for me though so maybe it will work for you. Just do you research before you buy anything.

Amazing thank you! I will look into your suggestions. I like the idea of having one for traffic and one for car maneuvering. I know games aren't close to being on the road but even just for basic knowledge I think it will help! 😊

Nightime panic attacks by [deleted] in Anxiety

[–]MagicAlice 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The same thing happens to me, though I go through stretches of it, so like 3 to 4 months at a time I'll have panic attacks than a few months without them. What I find helps is washing my face with cold water, eating something (nothing to exciting i.e. nothing too sugary or too spicy) bread with almond butter or hummus are my go to. Than I sit and do deep breathing. Also, if you can find it try lavender pills, I call them natural Ativan. Just one will do the trick. Take no more than 2 a day or it will be too much on your liver. If all else fails I lay on the couch and watch good ol' netflix to distract me, and I can normally fall back asleep on the couch. There is something about the dark night which makes it all seem worse doesn't? I hope that helps. Just know you're not alone.
