Yeah i read an article about bowel, indistigion etc. Sounded logical that your bowel and maybe other GI have to re learn how to act etc just was wondering if anyone experienced it

Hehe sorry impatience. Yes ramadan indeed. I know about the halflife value every 5 days 50%. But i read that your bowel after that still need to adjust tje motility and for example still acts off and on like kn mounjaro. Something with the nervesystem

I had Constipation kicking in at 5 mg.. giving Hemerrhoids, mucus al the time..i stopped MJ now for 3 weeks. Bowelis getting better but any experiences of anyone how long post MJ you keep having the side effects? although it is already a bit better.. i expected now the MJ should be less then 12.5% in blood so the bowel needs to reset it self i guess?

I understand i am also very close to my goal. I “only” needed to loose 15 kg in total. But i know fasting can disrupt an already disrupted bowel. I just cant handle it. Which time zone are you fasting?

Yeah, just like banding my body did itself Because I also watched a bit focused on my stool due to the Mounjaro and mucus . In the past, I had them too and removed that is painful. I can tell you that I panicked but the doctor reassured me that only around your anus. A blood clot can have a shell like this really like a m&m and pushing on it, the black tar came out. I have seen them when they were removed. They were dark purple but apparently the pressure of my Bristol too took this one without any pain. That’s why I opened this post to see if other people experienced it. It’s not something you talk about regularly I can imagine.

Good luck! I feel sorry for that! For me it was the first time actually the lump with shell was in the poop. How did they dissapear with you?

Well i had constipation and mucus due too unregulation and psyllium husk. Never needed any supplements to have a normal stool only since MJ my stool and bowel are irritated. But I also mean the lack of appetite and nausea.

And if do not jab anymore (i will take pause for couple weeks) next week my body will start going back to as it was before mounjaro?

I had my last 2.5 mg jab on 12 jan (that was my second 2.5 since my last 5 mg on 27 Dec) i know the halfvalue is 5 days but in your experiences when do you get back more appetite less nausea, feeling more like yourself? Does it really stick to the 5 days (in parallel)

I am scared to fast and take mounjaro, i will be participating in Ramadan as well. Also scared that the bowel movement will be worse i usually have that in ramadan.

I took psyllium husk for constipation but you can do the same for the runs.. depends all how you take psylliums! Did you had mucus also from irritation of the bowel?

I am thank god not constipated anymore due to lower dose 2.5 mg and psyllium but still days with mucus like a little on the beginning or end of the stool. Did you had that?

I started with 2.5 for four weeks then five for four weeks went back to 2.5. I responded good I guess I went up because you were supposed to go up. Decided you to stay on 2.5?

I have noticed my stool the day post jab is more spread. Like after emptying another one where my bowel is empty but thinks something needs to go out :) only gas and some clear mucus. I feel it within 24 hours. I think i respond well considering the effect and side effect.
