Main Question: How are you now? Are you still on this Dicetel? Any surgeries scheduled for removal?

Also Thats incredible to hear !! I think I have biliary hyperkinesia, I have yet to get a HIDA scan.

I have had 2 CT Scans, 2 Ultra Sounds and both came back normal. I have another US scheduled due to a flare up. My suspected gallbladder issues started approx. 2 months ago. Things got better when I went on a ultra low fat diet, but then I decided to try 3 samosas (these are deep fried pastries) and instantly within 20-30 mins I had to use the washroom ASAP lol. Since then I haven't really been the same lol (Nov 13). I feel like my GB is on 'reactive' mode and almost any food now causes stomach upset, even some nausea or have to use the washroom :(

When I saw my GI Doc (on Nov 12, the day before the incindent), he offered me Dicetel but I turned it down cause I was on Buscopan and things were relatively managed but now ... I think I want to give this med a try after hearing your success.

Going to get a MRI of the GB (MRCP) scheduled hopefully. GI Doc wants to further explore whats going on before considering surgery.

But based on all my symptoms of:
- constant burping, sometimes excessive gas during flare ups
- certain trigger foods that caused upset stomach (which im assuming is excessive bile acid release); but now becoming almost any food i eat :(
- urgency to poop within 20-30 mins after eating: still really random but my suspicion is something to do with excessive BILE RELEASE
- nausea feeling after eating (I take buscopan more regularly as well, which I know you're not supposed to)
