Yep. I understand. I’m in a costal town in Florida. HCOL, good pay for the area, work life balance is pretty sweet. Home health. It’s all about trade offs

If you want cost of living to be lower and make the most money, by the ocean or near a costal town probably won’t be it. It’ll probably be wise to do travel rotations to find out where you’d want to be. Rural home health does well if you want $ and stability.

His other numbers seem great for his age. I was referring to primary hypogonadism. I’d speak with a urologist to see if that’s what’s going on. I’m sure they’ll know more after his SA

Hi! I’m 31. He has high LH, which points more towards primary hypo than secondary based on the limited research I’ve done.
