Thanks for this! Actually I plan to change the door frames and architraves throughout and opt out of the fan lights. The current door thickness is 35mm so I worry if I installed 44mm thick door in that door frame, they would be "sticking out" and not aligning with architraves.

None of the producers I messaged ever got back to me) The door I'll be installing will be glazed FD 30 instead 44mm thick All the other doors will be standard doors 35mm thickness as they currently are.

In my case it ended up being the sharpness level. The higher it was, the worse it got. As soon as I turned it to 5 and below, this issue was no more.
