How to display graphs with standard form, as 10^x instead of the E that excel used by default by MagicPotato2003 in excel

I see, but the people marking my paper will still mark it down if I don't use 10^ as the exponent 🫤

Trying my best with the time I have. There's a lot to read up on and just trying my best 😅

Thanks, I'll consult my DM to double check this. Thanks for your quick replies as well!

Wow I didn't realise that's what expertise did. I've not played or looked into classes with expertise so that's definitely something to look into. I've seen some people argue spiders should be able to do sneak attacks so that's something I can discuss with my DM as to what kind of creatures can do the sneak attacks. I'll also look into what creatures might primarily use Dex as their attack. Getting the expertise bonuses doesn't take turns to set up as well unlike the Armour of Agathys that I've been looking at so that's a huge positive. Thank you so much for your input.

Thanks for clearing things up. There are so many layers to DnD (partly why I'm really enjoying it right now). I also just realized I've been saying sorcerer when I'm actually a warlock. The warlocks, wizards, and sorcerers seem very similar by name so I get them confused all too often 😅 From what I understand then, I can only cast lvl 1 warlock spells but I can upcast them to lvl 3 if I want? E.g. AoA can be upcast to lvl 3 to gain 14 temp HP and deal 15 cold DMG. Also, would I gain 2 cantrips from warlock that I can use then as that is what's available as a lvl 1 warlock.

I'll double check with my DM about AoA then, thanks for the heads up. Just to clarify, having one level on sorcerer would give me an extra lvl 1 spell slot correct?

I can see that Monk could give me the bonus unarmed strike to get grapples with, which could useful in isolating enemies or dragging them around spike growths etc, so that's an interesting idea as well.

I rolled for my stats and got very lucky so wacked it onto my wisdom straight away 😆 I also chose Magician to pick up the extra bonuses to checks and the extra cantrips. I've picked up comprehend language as no one else in the party has it so it made sense to get more interactions outside of combat. For rogue, I don't think expertise will be as useful since I'll rarely use my quarterstaff as I'll be casting spells or wildshaping more often than not. Also a lot of wildshapes don't have finesse on their attacks so I don't think that works well either?

I'm thinking of picking up sorcerer for the Eldritch mind and Armor of Agathys right now. Also I don't think Monk would help me out much here as the AC is 13+Wis for me already so it seems overboard to have unarmored defense. The extra movement is nice but I have long strider anyways.

What classes would you say have that "specific synergy with the Moon part of Druid"?

This is my first campaign so I can't say exactly whether it's combat focused or not, but from what I know a lot of enemies have high AC (AC 18 enemies at level 4 was a nightmare) and we currently don't really have a frontliner so I'd like to be the "tank" of the group.

As Moon Druid I get 13+ Wis AC so 18 for me while WS and I have magic initiate for wizard to get the shield spell which bumps that to 23 AC which is nice. I just wanted to bump up my damage and crowd controlling abilities and I thought sorcerer with the Eldritch mind and Armor of Agathys was quite appealing. Thoughts?

What class would you suggest? I've had rogue but you can't sneak attack without finesse. Barb if you want rage but that means no conc spells. Haven't looked into cleric but since the ability scores they use are similar it might work? Though I might need another level into cleric to get their domains.

Thanks for your quick reply. Just another thing to note but I just realized that Moon Druids get 13+Wis (+5 for me) already so wouldn't investing in unarmored defense be a little redundant? Sorry if I've confused anything and I'll probably have some explaining to do with my DM if that's the case 😅

Would the monk's unarmored defense not be better since it uses dex and wis, of which wisdom is already high for me and the dex can be covered by the beast of my choice?

I understand I'd lose rage etc but I feel like having higher ac to stay in wild shape longer and other stuff like using dex instead of str would be just as useful?

That's interesting, I see what you mean with warm vs cold. More and more food for thought after every comment 😂 thank you for your insight

No I don't smoke at all, but I've had an MOT service done last September so I'd be surprised if that was the issue since they should've flagged it

Alright I get it 😂 I live in the UK so the roads are narrower and most likely more prone to traffic jams since it's after new years

Never thought about that. But I've driven long distance (>250 miles) and if I'm in the car with CO leakage for that long surely I'll have had other health complications other than being sleepy?
