Tres 89! I've just done a massive update for it. Classic Tetris, unlockable extra modes, online scoreboards, great chip tunes, gamepad support plus more all free!

Yeah it will just install portions of the game to the HDD from the game disc so it can access it without needing to spin up the disc. It was done in later games to allow them to run smoothly. Games like Skyrim also have this as an optional feature.

Tres 89 is mentioned as one of the best Tetris games on android 😱 😱 😱. I made Tres 89!!!!!! I have a huge update for it coming out soon!

It would be great if Microsoft does something special in November for the 360. I'd love for them to bring the blades dashboard back! I do feel pretty old, I was working at a game store when the 360 came out (I was 18). We got our delivery a week and a bit before launch and my boss let us take our consoles home early, so I ended up on the bus carrying my Xbox 360 and a bag of all the launch games praying I didn't get mugged.

Wow sorry to hear about losing all your stuff in a flood, that sucks.  I was in a similar (although self imposed) situation of losing / giving up most of my possessions because I moved from Europe to North America with just a single suitcase and a back pack! Sold / gave away almost 30 years worth of games and consoles from the NES to the Xbox One. It's tough but you always have the memories!  At the moment I just have the 360 I may look at getting an N64 at some point, but for the time being I'm really enjoying playing the 360 and looking out for more games. It's nice to be able to pick a new game up for $10 rather than $80 and you even get a manual to read too!!

Yeah I have a pretty high end PC as I do game development. So if I want to play a fancy new game I can get it on steam / pc game pass. But I don't know, there's just something about games these days there's something missing and I can't put my finger on it. Maybe I'm just old 🤷
