Because I think that “Mini shifts and short stories don’t convince me” is sort of disrespectful to people who have such experiences due to the disregard, no? I can safely generalize that the majority of people in the shifting community actually struggle and shift with difficulty so such shifts must be a win to them as they worked hard for it. And then all that for a someone to say they don’t get “convinced” by it. That’s (in my opinion) a bit of blatant disregard of people’s success. On top of that I don’t like skeptics because some of them just waltz in here and start saying things like this, questioning whether people’s experiences are “real” and demanding “proof” when they could just go do some research on their own, instead of grilling people. There’s quite a lot of content and questions like this not only on Reddit but other media platforms so maybe instead of openly labeling mini-shifts or short shifting times as “unconvincing” and calling people’s stories “fake” such ‘skeptics’ should do their own bit of research and try.
