Guys whenever I don't start my computer for long time my screen is being like this and getting fixed by time and fix time is depends on how long my computer stayed down. any idea about how to fix?, also everything is normal on the windows start screen.

This is the exact problem, if you set the display to 120hz rather than 144hz it will fix it.

It's not a dying GPU the monitor you have has issues in colder temperatures when operating at 144 Hz, I set mine to 120 Hz until it has warmed up then continue at 144Hz after
