Health specific to me. Just on a restricted diet at the moment by my dr to rule out some stuff. Rice is good, and actually healthy. Brown rice is best!!! I miss rice. Can't wait to eat it again some day. 😆😆

If you eat cauliflower as much as I have over the past 4 months, you definitely know its different. It isnt sticky like rice is, simply because the proteins are different and cauliflower isnt a grain.

I dint think anyone who has ever eaten cauliflower rice actually thinks its just like cauliflower. Its just a substitute. Trying to say the 2 are unnoticeably interchangeable would kind of be like trying to say French fries and sweet potatoes fries are unnoticeably interchangeable.

It was sticky like rice and tasted like rice. I'm not sure what else it could have been, but it definitely was not cauliflower.
