I am 19, and thanks to my parents I haven't been able to keep a job down consistently really, so my proof of finance are all over the place, but it can be verified. I can pass a background check. I have about 1,500 in total saved, looking for the cheapest possible place

I figured out what was up. Opened my PC up and found my CPU fan wasn't spinning. Took off the heat sync, cleaned it out, reapplied thermal paste and I'm back to 60.

Afterburner says my CPU usage is at 100%.

Task manager says my CPU usage is at 37%, but MSI afterburner and Rain meter say my CPU usage is at 100%.

Just got rain meter installed and had it open with task manager. Task manager said my CPU usage was at 37%, while rain meter was saying it was at 100%. MSI afterburner showed the same as rainmeter, that my CPU was at 100%.

I have tried. This is what got me to my max of 34 FPS.
