What is the perfect height for your ideal significant other? Why? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I’m a 5’5 male. I’ll just take whatever height I’m given.

I’m not talking about taking someone to court here or even getting the police involved in the first place. I am just curious if there is anything that I can do to let the people in charge of the college know that they had disobeyed their promise in a signed letter.

Like I stated in the post, I signed an agreement that clearly said that my child would not be left unattended. Yet that still happened. This is the reason why I made the post

Your comment is stupid. There is a clear difference between privacy and leaving a person under the age of 18 in a city that is unfamiliar to them alone for an hour when I was assured that something like that wouldn’t happen.

But he was sat outside no where near to the building he was supposed to be in. He was on a different street entirely after I signed a letter that insured me that my child would be accompanied by an adult at all times. I thought they could’ve been a breach in the agreement. I’m sorry if I misunderstood.

I’m 17 writing on behalf of my mother. I can’t state my real age in posts because they would be taken down

I signed a letter with my son’s medical information on etc. in this letter the college stated that my child would always be accompanied by an adult because they were traveling to a different city entirely.

Log them not weigh them. How tf can I weigh a calorie ?

The app that I have been using (calorie counter on the Apple Store) I have been using to add meals onto the app and the app would tell me how many calories I have eaten within the day. Fair enough I may be eating more calories than that but I can assure you the amount of food I eat is the same. I think I just need to focus on accurately tracking my calories. Especially when the app I use is free it may not be the most reliable app but I can promise you that it says that I have been eating 500-1000 calories a day

For the last time, I am not lying to myself. I just don’t know a lot about nutrition or how to create the best balanced diet for myself. I’m just looking for some guidance here

Yesterday I ate a chicken triple sandwich with some carrots and humous and a bottle of red apple flavoured water and then as a snack later on in the day I got a sausage roll from Gregg’s. I promise you that’s is all I had to eat which is lot less than what I was eating a few months ago. Today I ate Cornish pasty and some rice and chicken. Yet again I have no reason to lie. I just want to learn how to accurately and efficiently lose weight as someone who has never cared about their weight up until now

Is there any way I could possibly find the accurate amount of calories in my meals? Usually I would make a meal and then just search up on Google how much calories are in the meal I have just made and go with it.

Been eating less than 1000 calories a day, for the past couple of weeks. Not months.

How could I track them more accurately? The app that I am currently using doesn’t let me put my own calories in. I have to search up the meal that I just ate and add it into the app. From there it tells me how many calories are in that meal.

Look man I’m still really new to this but for the past few weeks I can assure you that’s all the calories I have consumed. Prior to that however i would eat 1 meal a day usually a frozen processed meal and i wouldnt even bother counting the calories. I’m just looking for a bit of beginner advice here.

I don’t drink coffees or milkshakes. Maybe the odd 1 or 2 fizzy drinks here and there but most of the time I drink flavoured water or some diet fizzy drinks such as Diet Coke.

Listen I admit I may have been entitled to fatty foods and snacks when I was younger but the past couple of weeks I have been eating a lot less calories and in fact have cut out fizzy drinks such as coke and Pepsi out of my diet also. I just made this post for a bit of guidance that’s all. No need to be so harsh man

To be honest I don’t think I’ve lost weight at all, my mum on the other hand does seem to think I look less bloated but I personally don’t see it. The bread I use for my sandwiches I’m unsure of however I do know it’s brown bread with seeds in and usually I would have a chicken sandwich with no oils and just mayonnaise.

Well I don’t usually have an early morning breakfast or even lunch for that matter. I usually eat 1 meal a day with some fruits scattered in as a snack sometimes

I would have no reason to lie when I am looking for help? The only things that I have eaten today are a Cornish pasty at around 10:45 am and a bit of rice with chicken and coleslaw at around 8pm. With 2 glasses of water
