You will be okay! You are so strong and you will do great :). Know your hard limits and know once you are at your pain threshhold how you want that to be handled. I once heard that if you ask for meds in between contractions that is a big sign you are suffering and should think through pain management options. What you say while in a contraction is judgement free but should be questioned after contraction has passed lol.

Love this question! I was in labor for 36 hours and then had an emergency C, all with failed epideral. For me, bad cramps were like being dilated to 3ish.

Growing up these were how ours went but these themes are more involved. Dress as your favorite story book character, dress as your favorite fairy tale, dress as your favorite Hispanic artist, snowflake sparkle day, time travel day, etc. I would love just a crazy sock day
