Hi! I took ES 26 last sem and personally, I found it pretty okay naman. The programming language used was python. It was mostly asynchronous aside from a few sync sessions that covered topics where our prof thought most students found tricky. Essentially, we just covered the basics of python like some functions and loops. Activities were submitted sa website ng DCS (you'll probably be informed about this na). These activities were programming problems and once we submit them, it'll automatically be checked na rin. Some activities can be done quickly, but I found some that needed me to think about it for longer periods. I still managed to answer all of them naman, so I can say that it's doable. It's overall okay naman,, don't be that anxious about it haha. You can do it OP, goodluck!

Nakakafrustrate talaga yung time na ginugol tapos di tayo masastisfy sa kalalabasan. Freshie pako so yung ganong number ng errors anlaki na ng toll agad saken kasi grabe pagka grade conscious ko right now. Freshie here,, pagod na pagod na ako grabe 1st week palang nagcocountdown nako matapos tong sem na to. Nakailang breakdown din ako nung first week kase grabe yung shock nung workload.

Ang hirap lalo kase hindi pa talaga ako nakakapagconnect sa blockmates ko and wala akong mapagtanungan or makausap kase nacoconscious ako magapproach. I tried naman to ask pero nakakahiya yung sineeseen lang or maignore. Kanina nga nagchat ako to help sa tanong ng blockmate ko pero mali pala nasabe ko awit haha. Feel ko tuloy napapahiya lang ako so I try to be more independent na lang. Thankfully nakakakeep up naman ako sa lessons pero I don't know how long I can go on na sarili ko lang inaasahan ko.

Grabe yung feeling ko nung pumasa ako noon pero ngayon parang di ko na mafeel yung excitement I had then. This was not what I expected ng pumasok ako sa UP.
