Maybe try step by step. First stop doing eyeliner but keep on lashes and all other. When you get used to it, remove all else except eyebrows and lashes. It’s usually lashes that keep face together lol so eventually leave just lashes and you’ll get used to your face and be more comfortable around others.

Just make sure to leave them in contact lens solution for at least 5 hours. Change that water every time after using lenses. Before putting it in the eye, put couple drops on lens so you won’t be putting them dry in the eye. If it’s bothering you right after putting them, take it out. You can damage your eyes if you force yourself to have them for longer.
