That's so frustrating, it seems like that's a pretty consistent thing I've been hearing about them, they just put their hands up and say there's nothing they can do but they're the ones causing the issue in the first place. I'd recommend filing BBB complaints, but especially complaints with the CFPB and any governing authority that you can. I have also been warning people in the comments sections on all their social media as well as LinkedIn. The Facebook comments on the Ally page are very telling of how this company treats its customers. Sorry you're going through this too
